Insurance claims analysis

A large actuarial firm focused on the insurance and financial industries approached us to build a platform to allow claims processing assessment and re-evaluation of claims to calculate leakage, complaint risks, amongst other metrics.

Our solution design focused on providing a generic capability that would work across different claim types and industries. We created a platform to allow individual claim types to be associated with rules sets, questionnaire assessments and workflows such that claims assessors were able to process sample set of existing claims to derive key metrics (variables) for example: claim leakage, complaint incidents.
