Our international management consultancy client needed a software aid that allowed consultants to illustrate findings and prove optimisation benefits all from within Microsoft Excel.

Our team designed a toolset based on Excels graphing and spreadsheet capability to allow for the capture and presentation of information in an interactive value driver tree format.

Our solution consisted of a dedicated Excel add-in to turn workbooks into an interactive experience using a Value Driver Tree as the visualisation and supporting sheets and tables to drive configuration and output.

This allowed consultants within days to create comprehensive analysis of complex business operations and provide a wow factor interactive experience for “what if” and “scenarios”.
