Requirement

Our hardware specialist client engaged us to build a centralised dashboard to monitor support tickets and progress in real-time. In addition, they required integration with several systems to achieve a common view of data and progress.

Solution

We designed a web portal to display key support metrics onto large-screen monitors. Part of the design was the interfacing, integration and processing of multiple streams of data to provide a unified view of a support ticket. This view was then processed into BI-styled metrics and displayed as cards on the dashboard.
