Requirement
A global information technology organisation approached us to build a private cloud platform to control projects at a region and country level. They needed the means to easily track high level tasks, milestones, resourcing and time estimates.
Solution
We designed a cloud-based project dashboard to allow for tasks, resourcing, and milestones administration.
Each region could view and administrate with a central global dashboard to track all project activity. Each project could be administrated and tracked using Gantt charts, task lists, milestone tracking and individual time tracking.
