Requirement
In custom software development, it is important to track time utilisation by task and project to monitor progress and revenue vs profitability of work. Many of the commercial solutions available are overly complicated or too generic for the specific needs of software development. For this solution, we built our capability as our current cloud software could not meet our needs.
Solution
Our design was centred around the concept that there should be no central administration need. Each project manager could organise, manage and track time in a peer-to-peer fashion.
We developed a hybrid mobile app that allows staff to track activity and administrate all projects and tasks without needing an administrative portal.
