Community based housing services

A non for profit organisation approached us with the issue that they had a very basic tenant portal with little to no automation and that any maintenance requests or request for information by tenants was manual and time consuming for all. They needed a modern capability to automate all tenant service requests and form submissions, provide online statement viewing, rent payment services and also access to key information.

A core component of our solution design was to build a new portal focusing in on automation and the UI experience that needed to be easy to use, adaptable to desktop or mobile form factors and that strictly adhered to the branding needs of the client.

As an added note half way through the project the client was forced to rebrand their organisation and because of our design approach (using theme based UI styles and components) it was possible within a few days to re-skin the solution with minimal cost/effort impact.

The solution was successfully launched to an overwhelming positive response from tenants.

Future upgrades and features are now being planned based off this success.
