In our analysis of the solution we determined that our client had a significant reliance on Office365 products for productivity use.
Our solution design as such focused on providing a toolset to supplement Office365’s capability. Central to our design was custom built Excel, and Outlook Add-in’s to provide easy access by all legal practitioners working on a case to task management and diary functions. In addition we developed a dedicated Windows application to allow for project management, gantt charts, time management, document access and billing features.
All software accessed a centralised object management system that we built to manage all information, documents and billing requirements.
