Franchise management

A large franchisor in Australia approached us to help with the migration of 100s of franchisees locally operated desktop based point of sales systems, plus ordering and general administration functions to a new centralised cloud platform. This was to allow them to innovate their offerings and to better control and disseminate key sales and marketing information.

This project included migration, the design and development of a cloud platform and the interfacing to a number of external systems.

Over a period of a number of years we consolidated all data into one master database cluster, and redefined all local functionality onto a cloud platform with new options and services for franchisees.

The cloud platform was highly effective and our client was able to leverage the new capability to rapidly innovate and deploy new capability and offers to their franchisee base.
