A prominent financial services fintech planner commissioned us to rejuvenate their existing client portal to enhance both its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we were to develop a novel application designed for the effortless signing of diverse document types.

Our approach entailed the meticulous creation of mockups and wireframes to define a clear direction for the revamped portal and the new document signing solution. This was to ensure they not only fulfilled our client’s specific requirements but also raised the bar for user engagement and security standards in the financial sector.

Solution

To meet our client’s needs, we opted to use Figma, a leading design tool, for the redesign of the client portal and for crafting mockups for the bespoke document signing application. Figma’s collaborative and flexible environment empowered our team to effectively design and refine wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, adopting a design philosophy centred around the user.

This approach facilitated the smooth incorporation of client input and enabled real-time teamwork within our design group, culminating in a polished and user-friendly experience for both the updated portal and the new app. Utilising Figma, we were able to visualise and perfect our ideas before progressing to the next stages of development.
