A multinational global cleaning services and product organisation engaged our services to develop a centralised dashboard for real-time monitoring of support tickets and their progression. They also needed the dashboard to integrate with various systems for a consolidated data overview and tracking.


We developed a web-based interface that presents critical support metrics on large display monitors. The design included the integration, interfacing, and analysis of diverse data sources to offer a cohesive perspective on each support ticket. These insights were then transformed into business intelligence (BI)-inspired metrics and visually represented as cards on the dashboard for easy access and interpretation.
