The Challenge for Glencore
Glencore Coal needed a purpose built, modern, scalable, and flexible budget and forecast tracking tool for operational planning and reporting to replace their legacy Excel-based system utilising many workbooks shared across over a 100 financial controllers. The existing process was time-consuming, prone to errors, and lacked enterprise security and real-time visibility across the organisation.
