The client was let down by a previous vendor with an imcomplete platform that was neither performant nor scalable. Poor technology choices and fragmented and unreliable data management created an unreliable platform not fit for purpose. Facing a compressed timeline, the client required an immediate intervention to secure their data and rebuild their digital infrastructure.
The Solution
iMSX conducted a full software audit to identify key issues and define a clear path forward. The mobile application was rebuilt using Flutter to support consistent performance across devices, while the admin and client portals were improved to handle large-scale project tracking. A guided search feature was introduced to help users quickly find complex fire-stopping systems, making compliance data easier to access and use in the field.
