We developed Propster, a scalable digital platform that brought Ray White Fairweather Group’s client, agent, and administrative experiences into one connected ecosystem. Designed as an enterprise-grade business solution, Propster gave the group a stronger foundation for managing engagement, progressing opportunities, and supporting service delivery across the property lifecycle. By bringing these functions together across dedicated client, agent, and admin portals, the platform created a more seamless path from enquiry through to action, while supporting a more consistent and scalable way of operating.
