Finity, a fast-growing financial services organisation, lacked visibility into its sprawling SaaS licensing ecosystem. Redundant software purchases, idle user seats, and auto-renewing forgotten subscriptions were costing the company significantly. They required a robust tool to discover, track, govern, and automatically optimise corporate SaaS usage across hundreds of employees.
The Solution
iMSX engineered a centralised SaaS License Platform that seamlessly integrates with enterprise single sign-on (SSO) systems to automatically discover and log every active subscription company-wide. We built an analytics dashboard providing clear visibility into overlapping tool-sets, identifying long-term inactive accounts for automatic de-provisioning, and setting up intelligent notifications for upcoming contract renewals.
