Hartmann needed a digital solution to simplify product selection, improve access to wound care resources, and create a clearer path from assessment to treatment.
The Solution
We delivered a global integrated Wound Care Management Platform that combines a clinician-facing application with a desktop-based admin dashboard, bringing greater consistency to country specific compliance, wound assessment, documentation, and progress tracking. Built-in clinical support tools, including an RYB wound colour selector and bioburden testing guidance, help guide assessment and treatment decisions. Together, these capabilities create a more structured clinical workflow and better visibility across the wound management journey.
